One of the blessings of being involved in the camping ministry is meeting people in the Dakotas and hearing stories about their camping experiences at Wesley Acres Camp, Lake Poinsett Camp or Storm Mountain Center.  With love in their eyes and voices, many reflect fondly on the life-long friends they made at camp or how their life was radically impacted by an individual or experience at camp.  

It is obvious that camping influences lives, not only today but for years to come.  Individuals take their camping experiences back to their churches and communities and it makes a difference not only in their lives but in the lives of those around them.  Every individual and church has the opportunity to help increase the number of lives transformed at camp as well as the outreach of these transformed lives by the sharing of their gifts to further the camping ministry.
